JobMatch-Diagnostics
With the JobMatch-Assessment, we provide a compact, highly accurate and valid assessment of the expected function of the (new) employees or managers.
This does not involve the identification of psychological backgrounds. Rather JobMatch evaluates behavioural manifestations such as in relation to resilience or the ratio of structured and thoughtful approaches on the one side and the opposing risk affinity, on the other side. How do applicants or employees behave under stress, how do they act in critical situations? What are the characteristics of their style of leadership or teamwork? It is therefore, not important whether a person fits to specific soft skills, but to which degree he or she does.
Field of Application
Recruitment. The selection process is significantly improved and efficiency is increased. Subjective evaluations are objectively secured, the suitability of a candidates job relevant behaviour is reviewed.
Personnel development. Potentials are identified and serve as the basis of an effective training management. Through the analysis of relevant skills, opportunities for development are assessed. Do the candidates (managers or employees) have the necessary skills for the next higher position? Which development measures should be implemented?
Teambuilding. Identification of individual strengths and weaknesses, in focus of the needs of the team. The targeted composition of project teams, taking into account the individual strengths and weaknesses of the designated team members, is enabled.
Newplacement. The identification and precise representation of specific strengths and weaknesses raises awareness of possibilities for those concerned. Simultaneously individuals are supported within their professional reorientation (change in the field of activity, self-employment) and during the application processes. The perceived support from the still-employer is also an important aspect of the so-called reputation management.
