Analysis

A core component of the evaluation is the personal discussion with the personnel managers (in recruitment) or direct line manager and additionally with the candidate (in personnel development).

The required expenditure of time is scalable. Depending on the depth of the assessment serious issues and red flags can be dealt with immediately, while detailed results and criteria can be presented, analysed and discussed in the framework of human resource development.

The analytical results are displayed in different areas.

The basic attitude describes how a person is in principle prepared or positioned for the specific occupation. Here, factors such as work structure or stress tolerance are evaluated.

The action mode depicts how the person operates, works and acts. This evaluation will include for example decision-making behaviour, goal orientation, attitude toward risk.

The area of interaction relates to a persons communication skills and their method of dealing with others. This includes factors such as tolerance, social interest or behaviours of communication.
