Details
The procedure sets the individual skills of a candidate in relation to a variable of identifiable target profiles (eg. sales, marketing, production, skilled professional jobs). The behaviour is thus compared and related to the requirements of a specific position.
Overall, 46 single parameters are mapped, however the depth of evaluation can be scaled depending on the specific situation: analysis of the key issues in recruitment, detailed analysis and discussion in the context of employee development.
The procedure does not correlate assessment results with the candidates personal information/data, this allows for an objective assessment hindering the manipulation of subjective influences. JobMatch is a neutral tool, that in view of the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) provides for a non-discriminatory evaluation and documentation of a candidates results.
As part of the JobMatch assessment candidates answer 200 closed questions. Other than with the classic Assessment Centre, JobMatch gives the possibility of processing the assessment on-line, increasing the procedures cost effectiveness. The time required for the implementation of the assessment is usually 30 to 60 minutes. Results of the assessment are always discussed in person.
The individual characteristics of the 46 parameters are not the only factors decisive for a persons behaviour. The personal discussion and evaluation of results enables the inclusion of specific links between individual variables, the
so-called syndromes.
